Let's put to rest the myth that an Apple computer will set you back more than a Windows PC. In fact, it'll cost you less.

    mc & billhug

My god, what century on you in? I run os 9 on my mac with os x. Have had that since os x came out. I have programs on my machine that are over 15 years old and counting. Backward compatibility, my ass. Duh. And as for business apps, I have multiple databases, word processing, page layout, apps from on my mac and have had for years, plus multiple web development apps, graphics, including coding development, etc., etc. I've always been able to find CHEAP software that covers doing anything I want on my mac. I also have bought multiple peripherals for the same cost as you would buy for a Windows, so don't give me that crap. In addition, I can crossplatform most of my documents and open 90% of docs from a Windows on my mac WITHOUT crossplatform software for the past 10 years and counting! The problem is always the other way around, Windows apps that don't recognize anything except their own docs let alone a compatible one from a mac. Sorry, all of those myths are bogus!

The real problem is all the bullshit people believe and have sold about macs. Fine, keep believing your dinosaur is doing what you think it is as it crashes. My high flying mac zooms along and just keeps going and just keeps going and going.
