Sites like peekyou.com which gather information about you from other sites, including name and phone and address which you might not want public or associated with these other identities/bits of information, and publishes it all on-line. If you ask them to take it down, they do, but it goes right back up again next time they run a refresh.
Perhaps we will do more good for the curiosity of humans than we will make the CIA's work easier for them, by providing such up-to-date personal details to the anonymous 1st-world teens, stalkers and law-robots of cyberspace.
I must say I'm quite skeptical of this "convenience."
As long as myspace refuses to take small, simple actions to protect their members from phishing and their groups from total destruction, they'll always deserve disrespect from their users.
