    Steven Levy over at Newsweek wound up with his MacBook Air in the trash compactor because it was on the table with a bunch of newspapers and magazines--and his unknowing wife tossed the whole lot out...

    Relatedly, how durable is the MBA? It's so light and thin, how does it stand up to typical road-warrior stresses (bags on top of bags; bumps-and-thumps, etc...)?
