    It's much harder to take your laptop to the bathroom than a magazine.

    You also mention the ads as a source of revenue. I am *so* glad ad-blocking software has yet to be seriously challenged. I don't know what I'd do if Adblock or PithHelment stopped working. Sorry, Bud...
