Not sure how you can call this "the first full-length film to be released online." That seems a bit sweeping, and I know of one example from just a few weeks ago: Ed Burns Purple Violets went straight to iTunes, bypassing a theatrical release. Although perhaps if you had said "the first full-length film to be released online that anybody wanted to see ..."

I'm not sure what world an hour-long outtakes collection of outtakes could be at all considered a 'Full-length Feature'.
