Ah well

I guess that I will have to go back to entertaining myself by dividing by zero until something else comes along.

Ah well, as well

I'll be out in the garage tinker on the faster-than-light drive. Call me if they get things cooled down.

Beaten to the punch

And here I was, all ready to start marketing my cold fusion power generator....

...but what if you could?

I can't think about this company without laughing about the conversations the management must have had when they were starting out:

Steorn Board Member: "OK, so what if we created a perpetual motion device."

Physicist: "I'm sorry sir, but its impossible, it violates one of the most basic and well known laws of physics. You just can't make a perpetual motion device."

SBM: "Yeah, I've heard all that before, I get it, it can't be done, but what if it could be done?"

Phys: "I assure you, it can't."

SBM: "Right, it can't, but what I'm saying is, what if it could?"

Phys: "But it can't, its impossible, I mean I don't know how else to say it."

SBM: "Right, its impossible, it can't be done, but what if you could, that'd be pretty amazing stuff."

Phys: "But you can't, you just can't."

SBM: "Right, good point, but I don't think you can deny that if you could, it'd be pretty amazing."

Aw...

Now there's some robust technology. I wonder if they have an ABM system we could buy...

Typical

Steorn or uh STERNO?

Me too

Well, I'm back to working on my time machine. I'll let y'all know how it works out.

My own machine

I will be unveiling my own perpetual motion machine soon. It will be shown in a completely dark room. It must for technical reasons. WAIT TILL YOU SEE IT!

Earth is flat , right?

Steorn may be a scam but Google "free energy" and you will find some pretty interesting concepts and even demo.

And by the way they are not talking about free energy but capturing the energy that is actually around us, magnetism, Solar flare, aurore borealis are "free energies" phenomenons wich deserve better that your scorn comments. Unless you work for the oil or nuclear industries in which case I understand your denigration
