Maybe he was refering to the latest torture photos that President Obama decided not to publish.

Maybe he was refering to the decision not to investigate war crimes.

Maybe he was refering to the Bush administration secrecy and the decision by the Obama administration to not be as fully transparent as was promised in the election campaign.

To the best of my knowledge, by and large America doesn't censor anything. Do you have proof to the contrary? I can get Al Jazeera as part of my DISH Network package, for example.
