These English-speakers who run the LPGA are not even English. They are American, and most of them have awful grammar plus questionable accents.

Plus questionable judgment.

They could have accomplished their goal quietly and more effectively by offering English classes and tutors and such. Now, maybe they will do so. But they have this English-only cock-up on their resumes.
