Two years ago, Japan had too much milk. But today, butter is suddenly a scarce commodity. The global food crisis strikes again.

  • What part does dairy play in the Japanese diet?

    These things are not a large part of the Japanese diet anyway. Now if they ran out of butter in Wisconsin that would be news.
