Prop 13 useful idiots
"The majority of voters in California apparently thought that they were being over-taxed and they spoke thru the ballot box initiative. That`s called Democracy."
Yeah, right. Mostly, like all repukeliscum programs, they were lied to, and bought the lie.
Right now, CA is going down the tubes. In the future, people will look back on Prop 13 as a dividing line. Before Prop 13, CA was the national leader in many things. Today, CA is right down there with Arkansas, Alabama and other shining lights of educational "quality".
