I don't see it
For every urban woman who opts to not have children or have a smaller family, there are many rural ones who need children as props in their old age and hands to do work. For every educated man who is content with his one child, there are many who want a male child to carry on the family name or fulfill some need that I as a woman cannot fathom. As for condoms, convince third world me to use them. Talk about making assumptions cross-culturally.
