It sounds like those people with Sports Management degrees should be sending their resumes into the Bay Hill Golf Club. They should be looking for a new events coordinator. Someone who can set up some basic documentation like event schedule packets that can be delivered (via a method requiring a signature for delivery) to each participant so they are not relying on people calling up to find out their tee times. You know, basic organizational skills.
