    They wouldn't be getting nothing back. They'd be getting two draft picks, either one of which could be turned into something better than a centerfielder who maybe will become a league average hitter if everything breaks perfectly for him.

    There are 28 other teams you know, and all of them would also like Santana pitching and could offer a better package than that. The Yankees might get him, but the trade isn't going to be a giveaway like that, especially not with the Twins about to move into a new stadium.
