    "Owens, who's a much better football player than Rodman was a basketball player"

    I don't know about that. Not a huge fan or detractor of either... but Rodman was a hell of a basketball player. One of the best rebounder/defenders of all time - despite the baggage. And he was a key element of teams that won multiple rings. Is Owens, "better"... maybe. But he isn't "MUCH" better.
