President Obama's first ceremonial act in office should be the awarding of the presidential medal of freedom to US Airways pilot, "Sully" Sullenberger. The award should be in recognition for not only saving the lives of one hundred fifty passengers and crew, but for also having his story of competence and courage COMPLETELY overshadow the last prime time speech of the previous occupant of the White House. What a fitting end to the worst presidency in American history!
