    illinois

re illinois-as a resident of illinois and long time observer i see no proof that governor blagojevich broke a law. he may have but i think he is innocent until proven guilty and all action should have been delayed until after the inauguration. this was impulsive and the legislators followed each other like lemmings marching to the sea.our attention should be on helping the new administration get things under control, not on creating distraction.
