We didn't have high turn-out in Ohio. Actually, it was less than those who voted in 2004 Presidential election.
Time to stop "living in the hype" and start reporting the accurate truth.
We're waiting on Coleman/Franken as well, and a couple House races that will determine the total number of Dem pick-ups. Haven't announced a winner in our intra-office pool yet either.
This is so sad. So many qualified voters in this country don't care enough about themselves or their families to pay attention to what's going on in terms of government impact on our lives and how our participation could influence that impact. That lack of participation makes it easier for special interest groups to commandeer the reins of government, inclujding the disgusting display of lobbyists actually writing bills for Congress.
Turnout was not significantly higher this cycle compared to four years ago.
Early voting was heavy, but it was generally just a shift from regular to early voting.
After this race, will you announce the winner?
Obama's moving WAY too slowly. He should have all problems solved before he is sworn in.
That way, he can vacation in his entire first year.
Poster boy for voter fraud via Diebold machine.
that voters have now seen Obama's version of "change" and it's let the air out of the balloon?
High turn-out, low turn-out... either way I'd expect lines much shorter than on Nov 4th-- the ballot's a little bit shorter this time, so it should take a lot less time for each voter to vote.
