    Bill Richardson on the Loser List?

    I don't understand why you'd put Richardson on the loser list. Explanation please.

    His presidential bid didn't go anywhere, but wasn't really expected to. He endorsed Obama early and now he's being considered for Secretary of State from what I've read elsewhere.
