I learned in political science that the perceived legitimacy of any government can be measured inversely by the number of cops it needs to keep on the streets to enforce its laws.
Well, they must be Chinese military. Apparently, China is the only country to have security. Or, at least, when they have security it is to suppress freedom. When the US has security, it is to protect us!
