Golf....quite a sacrifice
...for a man who refuses to support a 21st Century GI Bill.
Maybe that's what he thinks about everytime he refuses to support higher pay, better medical care and education for them. The ultimate sacrifice he, himself is making on their behalf.
It should be enough.
