What does the black vote matter anyway?
After all, Jesse Jackson won SC too, right?
Tell me, to what audiences has Bill Clinton been campaigning in the last week?
There was a reporter from NC on Chris Mathews' show saying that the Clintons at this point are completely ignoring the black vote and Bill Clinton is strictly going to white towns and voters.
That sounds to me like they have completely given up on African-Americans.
