man, I listened to that thing about 5 times on bust with headphones and it certainly seems like he's saying those words. But you gotta rrreallly listen closely.
Which could explain why no one complained when the movie was released.
I think it's stupid though - who gives a shit what some dude with Bill's campaign said in 1992?? Immaterial.
(although the vengeful part of me does like the idea of watching someone else squirm for once ;)
