Bush misleads on ANWR

The president lashes out at Congress on land in Alaska that could be used for oil drilling, but his rosy promises on that issue don't hold water.

    and another thing...

    W doesn't mention the fact that a lot, probably most, of the oil that would come from ANWR would be sold to China and other Asian markets due to its location. It would make no noticeable change in oil supplies in the US and would not change the cost of a gallon of gas. What total bullshit - but typical of this idiot who is more interested in big oil getting its grubby hands on ANWR than what can be done to help the citizens of this country.

    Funny how he didn't mention the war as being a major part of the economic problems in the US. Are farm subsidies really a bigger drain on the economy than endless war?
