You act like you think independently and then go and spout the same BULLSHIT conventional wisdom that is ruining this country.
Your post today gives credence to the moronic contention that because Obama attends his church, he must be in total agreement with everything he preaches or does, or at least everything "controversial."
Tell me Alex, when you go to church or some other social gathering, do you mindlessly agree with whatever the speaker says? If you're not that stupid, what makes you think Obama is? And is this the type of mentality that you want to encourage here at Salon?
Stop legitimizing this completely bullshit linkage.
