Barack Obama pulls ahead in the tally of endorsements from the candidates' fellow Democratic Senators; Hillary Clinton ropes in North Carolina's governor.
  • Koppleman kisses Obama's behind.

Koppleman is in some kind of bind. He's so anxious to kiss Obama's ass, that he starts his piece with a glowingly favorable tone, in talking about the fact that Obama has apparently edged out Hillary in Governor's and Senator's endorsements, but then, when he has to recognize another Governor's endorsement for Hillary, suddenly his tone changes, IN THE SAME PIECE, and he's complaining that these endorsements don't mean much. Obama may win this nomination, but he's managed to make simpletons and fools out of some of his brainier supporters.
