"the fun part"
Remember that one? Remember what she was talking about when she said "this is the fun part"? Baracl Obama took the high road even when he was asked directly to comment on her Bosnian LIE. Hillary Clinton is incapable of taking the high road. In fact, she's not even aware it exsists.

A bridge too far
Also, you are a bit naive about language. The word rape has been applied to the destruction of cities in war, for instance. I think you should try reading the epic poem "The Rape of the Lock."
If you want to use the word rape as a synonym for defilement, go ahead. But you are setting yourself up for some sloppy moral equivalence in my opinion and devaluing the meaning of the word. Let's look at an excerpt from the non-definitive wiki blurb on the "Rape of Nanking":
The Nanking Massacre, commonly known as the Rape of Nanking, was an infamous war crime committed by the Japanese military in Nanjing, the capital of the Republic of China, after it fell to the Imperial Japanese Army on December 13, 1937. The duration of the massacre is not clearly defined, although the violence lasted well into the next six weeks, until early February 1938. During the occupation of Nanking, the Japanese army committed numerous atrocities, such as rape, looting, arson and the execution of prisoners of war and civilians. Although the executions began under the pretext of eliminating Chinese soldiers disguised as civilians, it is claimed that a large number of innocent men were intentionally identified as enemy combatants and executed as the massacre gathered momentum. A large number of women and children were also killed, as rape and murder became more widespread. According to the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, estimates made at a later date indicate that the total number of civilians and prisoners of war murdered in Nanking and its vicinity during the first six weeks of the Japanese occupation was over 200,000. That these estimates are not exaggerated is borne out by the fact that burial societies and other organizations counted more than 155,000 buried bodies. Most were bound with their hands tied behind their backs. These figures do not take into account those persons whose bodies were destroyed by burning, by throwing them into the Yangtze River, or otherwise disposed of by the Japanese.[1]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanking_MassacreThere is no doubt in my mind that Hillary Clinton has been treated poorly and at times unfairly by the media. However, in terms of outrages against humanity, her treatment is miserably low on the list.
As far of the debate goes, my main critique was that it was a waste of my time for the first 45 minutes. Nothing new was said about the Rev Wright, Bosnia, or the flag pin. Only an idiot would expect something new from the candidates on those issues at this point. Though I must admit the looks on both Hillary's and Obama's faces when asked if the other could become a running mate was priceless. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

aka ignoramus
The tide is in motion. get with it, or get out of the way. Obama is the nominee, and the next President. Barack and Hillary are not the same in any way, other than their similar voting records in the labyrinthine senate. Her time has come and gone. Maybe it was bill who came and went. Either way, it's over. She can string it out and piss and moan, but she's done. Has been for a month at least. No grace, no vision, just dogged self interest. Grow the fuck up, Hillary. It's not too late. You're a very bright lady, with vast policy knowledge, and might have a place on the Obama cabinet. You're always saying how you're spent so much time caring about children's issues. How about Sect'y of Education. Gut no child left ahead. She'd be an asset instead of an ass. I think, behind it all, she's got decent motivation. The first way to prove that is to get out and get behind our next President.

Rape as a weapon of war
Rape has always been inflicted on the defeated throughout history as a weapon of war to demoralize and divide families. Rapes in Rwanda, Bosnia, Bangladesh, India, Liberia, Nanking, not to mention the systematic rape of African women in slavery, were heinous and unforgivable. To use rape as a metaphor for Hillary is not only specious but downright mindless and boneheaded. Rape is an equal opportunity assault on women throughout the world and unless one has experienced the horrific assault personally, one is not qualified to talk about it as a metaphor for Hillary's dubious whining of how the media has treated her.

People who run brothels or even joke that they do, as madam-fuck-women over did, have no business judging what other women may say about rape.
People in my family have suffered rape and child sexual abuse, you lame twit.
If you run a brothel, you participate in the worst exploitation of women every day. Women who find their way into sex work have been raped and abused at a far greater percentage than women who do not. In fact, they find their way to such work because they do not value themselves because of that exploitation.
If you don't like rape, get out of the sex business.
Open thread? You got it. I know plenty about rape and how it is connected to misogyny and violence against women. Rape is a crime of violence as much as it is of sex. You want expertise and statistics? I can give them to you.
However, all exploitation of women, misogyny, and sexism are connected. People called Hillary a pimp?
Well she wasn't a real pimp, was she?
Anyone who owns a brothel is a real pimp.
You want to talk about real rape and not just politics? Let's have at it.
The misogyny that makes it possible to make Hillary Clinton the most abused woman in politics is not that different from the misogyny that makes rape an extremely non-academic discussion for one woman out of four.

AKA also known as the dunderhead of dunderheads
You don't even have the skills of deciphering the language of irony and subversive intent, and you call yourself the expert on anything? AKA, you are by far the most self deluded woman I have ever encountered whether in print or in person. You don't read properly, you don't interpret language correctly, you literalize and you deliberately misconstrue and misrepresent. Why? Because you like attention, no matter how negative.
You come out waving what an expert you are, just by virtue of being a woman. But you are not an expert, just because you say so. Anyone can get statistics on rape by Googling. Your dumb assed posts give you away as a shallow blowhard who wants to pass as a thinker. Everyone knows somebody who has been sexually abused. Does not make them an expert?
If I told you what I really do, it would blow your closed mind. I have never, ever said that I engaged in the sex trade. I have always said that I run a brothel to bust myths and fabrications. But why am I surprised at your complete inability to grasp sarcasm?
Portraying Hillary as a victim of rape, even metaphorically, shows your complete disrespect for people who have been actually raped.
