    Chevron has already adopted McCain's plan.

    It's called the Tetco Tag. I get a free cup of coffee for every fifty dollars worth of gas I buy. Someone should tell Grandpa "Insane" McCain that a shiny new dime isn't that big of a deal in 2008.
