  • Limbaugh off the hook for voter fraud

    Off the hook? He was never on the hook. I'm by no means one of Limbaugh's "dittoheads" but the idea that he was any time in serious danger of being indicted for any kind of voter fraud is ludicrous. I think it's detestable that a radio host would encourage listeners to try to subvert a political primary by switching parties, even if legal though in bad faith, but the First Amendment clearly protects this kind of speech. In the unlikely even any crime were comitted, it would be by individual voters, not by Limbaugh.

    It appears that the Ohio election gumshoes are wise enough not to give Limbaugh the attention he craves.
