Can the president order state judges around?
The Supreme Court tells Bush he doesn't have the authority to force state courts to abide by an international ruling.

  • What we are talking about here...

    is the separation of powers. NO, the President can't tell state judges what to do...but the State Supreme court and the US Supreme Court CAN.

    Seems pretty straight-forward to me.
