Clinton: Wright
Isn't it interesting how people who live in glass houses always seem to find a few jagged rocks to throw?
I have always stood by Sen Clinton, I do think she is an excellent senator for her state, and would make an excellent leader in the Senate, but if her presidential campaign gets any lower in attitude, it will be right there next to the Swift Boaters. Disgusting.
If I can't have John Edwards, then I'll vote for Obama. Rove's attack AG in Arkansas probably has quite a game book up his sleeve if CLinton gets the nomination. and I have to agree - what about Bill?
This 'win at any cost' seems to work for her campaign, even if she 'misremembers' her Bosnian trip and the sniper fire...she kept saying for days that was what happened, and now has to retract, or prevaricate, or whatever.
The whole point of the feminist movement was to level the playing field - not make people choose between candidates by gender - just as Obama wants to be a candidate who 'happens to be Black' and white so to speak - Sen Clinton should want to be the candidate who 'happens to be a woman.'

Hillary's pastor makes comments supporting Rev. Wright
I guess she's been too pinned down by sniper fire to comment.
"Get to the CHOPPA!"

Hillary belongs to an extremist, right-wing cult in DC and her pastor in New York was just sentenced to prison for sexual child abuse.
And Hillary lied four times about being shot at in Bosnia when she knew there was news footage and eyewitnesses to contradict her and then blamed those lies on being tired, even though she's supposed to be ready on Day One to be answering phones at 3:00 am.
And this is one of her better weeks.
Meanwhile, McCain is a crazy old ticking time-bomb who wants to bomb Iran and stay in Iraq for 10,000 years and whose religious advisors (whom he actively embraces) think that America brought 9/11 on itself because our country is fundamentally evil and also that Catholics are the Anti-Christ.
If Obama is not looking pretty good to you by now, then, frankly, who cares what you think?

Hillary's "Pledged Delegate" Comments This Week
As Slate has pointed out, how can she encourage or imply that PLEDGED delegates aren't really committed to a particular candidate while screaming that voters in FL and MI are disenfranchised? How does this woman live with herself? She is patently offensive and dishonest and each day it becomes more and more disgusting, leaving me with a sick feeling that I MAY have to vote for this creep.

God DAMN America! God DAMN America!
This is fun! Did you know we gave black people AIDS to destroy them? God DAMN America!

Pastor of Clinton's Church Supports Wright!
I wonder if she is ready to "denounce and reject" the pastor of the church that she and Bill attended while in Washington because he supports Rev. Wright? Please read the following letter issued by Rev. Snyder:
"The Reverend Jeremiah Wright is an outstanding church leader whom I have heard speak a number of times. He has served for decades as a profound voice for justice and inclusion in our society. He has been a vocal critic of the racism, sexism and homophobia which still tarnish the American dream. To evaluate his dynamic ministry on the basis of two or three sound bites does a grave injustice to Dr. Wright, the members of his congregation, and the African-American church which has been the spiritual refuge of a people that has suffered from discrimination, disadvantage, and violence. Dr. Wright, a member of an integrated denomination, has been an agent of racial reconciliation while proclaiming perceptions and truths uncomfortable for some white people to hear. Those of us who are white Americans would do well to listen carefully to Dr. Wright rather than to use a few of his quotes to polarize. This is a critical time in America's history as we seek to repent of our racism. No matter which candidates prevail, let us use this time to listen again to one another and not to distort one another's truth."
Dean J. Snyder, Senior Minister
Foundry United Methodist Church

The Good Reverend
While Mrs. Clinton said she wouldn't have Reverend Wright as her minister; I would. Gosh, if he were my minister, I'd start going to church again. Listen, his Trinity Church, on every video clip that I saw, was filled to the brim with an enthusiastic, sold-out congregation. There are Catholic Churches all over the Country that would love to see those attendance levels. God Bless him, I'd take Reverend Wright any day.

A proposed plan for pulling the Democratic Party back from the edge
The "conversation" that Huckabee had with McCain did nothing to damage the Republican party. This "conversation" is ripping the Democratic party to shreds and is going to leave inadequate time for the general election to heal the wounds if it continues on the current path if the Clinton campaign continues on the current path. No one has to wonder if HRC condones her campaign raising the issues regarding Rev. Wright as a campaign issue, she said it herself.
How about a little common sense of simply deciding that this is too much and the moment has come to end this before too much damage has been done?
Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, John Edwards, Nancy Pelosi, Lee Hamilton, and as many uncommitted superdelegate out there who are willing to withstand the pressure of the Clintons and the wrath of Carville's tongue lashing afterwards, why don't you make a mass endorsement of Barak O'Bama and end this before more damage is done and begin the healing of the party?
I don't think the rest of us would forget that you ended will be remembered what began as a slow bleed and resulted in an ugly loss that didn't need to be.
