Letters to the Editor

Hillary Clinton speaks out on the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and the Obama campaign isn't happy.
  • The Clinton dead-enders are funny.

To cythera, lolcait, sobeone, akasmith, shawnwm, etc.:

Rage, rage against the dying of the light! Wait, what's that? The light already went out? Oh.

    It's over, people.

I have to say, I'm not normally one for schadenfreude, but watching a certain element of virulent anti-Obama people here writhe, hiss and lash out, long after Sen. Clinton has been mathematically eliminated, has become sorta amusing to me.

Feel free to contine spewing and spitting, y'all. After all, it's your Amrican right. Chant the names Rezko and Wright until you're blue in the face. Spin bizarre and fanciful alternate futures where Clinton is given the nomination on account of her winning all the "New" states (NY, NJ, NM, NH: 4-0! How can the supers ignore that?)

But it doesn't change the fact that it's over.

Today's omen of the inexorable end: Clinton super Maria Cantwell (D-WA) saying she'll be voting for the pledged delegate leader, a.k.a. Obama. Call her a Judas or a Jezebel if it helps alleviate your anger...it doesn't change the fact that she won't be alone.

And when the end finally comes, don't be surprised -- and don't say you weren't warned. But do feel free to post more idiotic rants here, because I'll want to read them, and laugh at you.

But, my own mean-spiritedness aside, don't worry. When President Obama takes the oath of office next January, things will get better for you too.
