A promise.
When (the sooner the better) Dick Cheney dies, I am going to make a point of it to raise any flag that has been brought to half mast on public land. And I will, travel to wherever he is buried and piss on his grave. Hopefully, I will be arrested, as I want there to be a permanent record of my very sincere deed.

Now, the question is: Are we as a people going to let this Dick Cheney scumbag settle comfortably into retirement, continuing to benefit monetarily from the military-industrial war complex he engineered and built up through the war crime that was the invasion of Iraq by the U.S. in 2003?

Jail the piece of %$%^$^%^*&
We badly need to make sure that these criminals are investigated and prosecuted. No pardons for the good of the country like Ford did for Nixon. What is good for the country now is to make examples of these criminals and be sure that they live the rest of their lives in jail. This will also serve to set an example for any other politicians that may be interested in trying to pull what Bush et all did...

Fell asleep with the TV on last night, so of course it was on this morning..
and GawdAlmitey..what a thing to wake up to..Cheney's ugly smirk, permanently affixed to his face. Has he been Botoxed that way? So, the first words I hear upon waking were the question he was asked and his.."So?" (Screw you, Americans! You count for Nothing..and in case you missed my meaning..that's NOTHING!) Guess, after that, not getting hit by a truck made it a good day! Say, Dickie..about your "Surge", and "it's success"..just why is that? Oh, you say..it's because we sent all these extra troops..young hardbodies (drool, slurp, heavy breathing..) over there to kick them there Al-Quedas in their ass..we shore enough scared 'em shitless! Then them Sunnis just rolled belly-up, paws in the air, scared damn near unconscious..and when they got up, goldang if they hadn't just seen the Light..and that's why they call it The Awakening..doncha know! Except for one tiny little fact..that's not what happened. It's not the extra troops that "convinced" the warlords to cease and desist..it's the "conversion" of the Sunnis that allowed the troops to move forward. Oh..you might say..and just WHAT converted these Sunnis? Well, Elizabeth..let me tell you. Why, it was the millions and millions of dollars we're paying them NOT to shoot us or blow us up..most of which they've since used to buy lots and lots of arms..to likely..someday..shoot us or blow us up! The recently asassinated, phony, self-styled "leader" of the Sunnis, Abu Reeshi (kind of like Chalabi, if you'll recall, was a "leader" of all Iraquis) apparently got 75Mil alone. Oh, and they call this "construction funds"..hee, hee! But..and this is a thigh-slapper..hardly ANYthing is getting constructed! Yuk, yuk! Wow! For myself..I call it The "Splurge". Say..how are the bridges doing in your town? Mine really need paint..and a few pilings fixed..not to worry..we'll just limit traffic going over them..or maybe have a bake sale.
