two words for Fox
suck it!
-
Really?
And Fox actually thinks of themselves as a serious news network? More like a serious comedy network.
-
Chris Wallace is a pretend journalist.
I am sure he is a major embarrassment to his dad. Pretend journalists can do no better than to have a pretend interview that will be dispatched through their pretend news network to people pretending to be concerned with fact rather than innuendo. Unfortunately no truth transpires on Fox and the dems would be better served foregoing any interviews with the hacks peopling Fox Noise.
Dems foolish enough to attempt it will be cut and pasted to such a nauseating level that they'll wind up being embarrassed as much, if not more, than poor Mike Wallace is of his hack son's creepy inability to spin jaw dropping half truths and ugly innuendo to his neocon lemming audiences.

What Media Is Not Saying Re: Rev. Wright/Trinity Church Controversy!
WHAT MEDIA IS NOT REPORTING: RE: TRINITY CHURCH!
Rev. Thomas (Pastor of Mainly White Congreation of UCC) denounces e-mail smear campaign against UCC’s largest congregation - Written by J. Bennett Guess, Jan. 11, 2008
Obama, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for president, has been a member of Trinity UCC for 20 years." "Trinity UCC is rooted in and proud of its Afrocentric heritage," Thomas said. "This is no different than the hundreds of UCC churches from the German Evangelical and Reformed stream that continue to own and celebrate their German heritage, insisting on annual sausage and sauerkraut dinners and singing Stille Nacht on Christmas Eve. ." While Trinity UCC is predominately African American, it does include and welcome non-Black members. The Rev. Jane Fisler-Hoffman, Illinois Conference Minister, who is white, has been a member of the congregation for years.
"Trinity is a destination church for many members of the UCC, a multi-racial, multi-cultural denomination that is largely Caucasian," Thomas pointed out. "When in Chicago, many UCC members flock to Trinity to share in and learn from its vibrant ministries, dynamic worship and justice-minded membership. Contrary to the claims made in these hateful emails, UCC members know Trinity to be one of the most welcoming, hospitable and generous congregations in our denomination." [...]
Rev. Steve] Gray, a member of First Congregational UCC in Indianapolis (mainly caucasian), has worshiped several times at Trinity UCC and is most impressed by the overflowing sense of welcome it extends to visitors. "When you're Euro-American, (White) the people [at Trinity UCC] are so exceedingly gracious, warm and welcoming. They hug you and say, 'Welcome to our church!'"
This ramped-up smear campaign against the UCC's largest congregation and U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's home church — Trinity UCC in Chicago — has raised the ire of the Rev. John H. Thomas, the UCC's general minister and president, who called the e-mail-driven claims "absurd, mean-spirited and politically motivated."
The Main Stream Media has been filled with images and video of Rev. Jeremiah Wright's controversial statements for the past four days, 24/7, which Obama has strongly condemned. My concern, however, relates to equal time. When Senator Obama, who, after all , is actually the Candidate, gave a speech in Indiana, addressing his faith, diversity, and unity, and Invoking Robert Kennedy, it has gotten such a tiny percentage of coverage in comparison to Rev. Wright's controversial statements shown every hour in the hour. The main stream media has asked the questions how is Obama to deal with this controversy and when he does they give very little air time to his Answer, which he spells out beautifully in this Indiana Speech. This is just not Right.
Here is the link to the transcript/video of Obama's speech. Let's urge our friends in the blogosphere, and in every level of media, to Air this and to tell the whole picture, not just a part of it, regarding The Trinity Church which Obama belongs to.

"reluctant" is the wrong word
It's not that Dems are "reluctant" to appear on Fox. They have sensibly decided that they have zero to gain from an appearance, and that they don't want to do anything to assist Fox in its evil-doing.
-
Who can blame Obama?
Chris Wallace this Sunday went out of his way to make a big deal out of Rev. Wright -- what should be a non-issue in a rational world.
Wallace was so zealous (ignoring what Obama has already said) that would be cowardly for Obama to go his show without denouncing him. But to denounce him would be politically dangerous ("Obama attacks freedom of speech"). Best to just ignore Fox.
-
How could this stunt by Wallace possibly hurt Obama?
Are there people who regularly watch Wallace's show who are seriously considering voting for Obama? People who will then make the decision that they would have voted for Obama, if only he had gone on that show?
Really, this can only help Obama's campaign. It is actually quite humorous to watch this hack make a fool of himself and help a Democrat at the same time.
-
Obama afraid
Who can blame Barack for being afraid of being asked tough questions? He doesn't hold up well under pressure.
-
Obama Watch?
Obama Watch? It sounds more like "Chris Wallace's Journalistic Impotence Watch"...
-
Yeah, well, don't hold your breath Chris ...
.... waiting for Obama to show up to legitimize a group that smeared him as a stealth Muslim terrorist.
On second thought, keep holding your breath! Then you can literally embody the oxygen-deprived brain damage your network puts out day after day.

Clinton supporters: please let me know why I should be filled with moral outrage over this...
I await your Penn-approved talking points. Please hurry, I have a lot of message boards to troll.
Thanks.

Obama lies
Why is everything out of Obama's mouth a lie?
I guess he was in church for some of those "fiery" speeches his pastor gave -- why did he feel the need to lie about that -- if it is all so innocent the way Obama supporters claim?

A new and brewing outrage; Obama As the AntiChrist??
Subject: Kind of scary, wouldn't you think
The following note was sent to me by an associate in the South, and was attached to ken Blackwell's recent op-ed on Obama. If this is what we're in for, need to start debunking this crap now.
Nothing in Revelations speaks to this, although my favorite verse is the one at the end which promises god's wrath to those who alter the prophecies to suit themselves.
QUOTED:
Remember--God is good, and is in time, on time--every time.
According to The Book of Revelations the anti-christ is:
The anti-christ will be a man, in his 40s, of MUSLIM descent, who will
deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like
appeal....the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will
promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, will
destroy everything. Is it OBAMA??
I STRONGLY URGE each one of you to repost this as many times as you can!
Each opportunity that you have to send it to a friend or media outlet...do
it!
If you think I am crazy..Im sorry but I refuse to take a chance on the
"unknown" candidate
ENDQUOTE
I don't think this is what my associate had in mind when he sent it to me, but by all means, shed some light on this so it will shrivel in the harsh glare of reality.
