Report: Spitzer caught on federal wiretap
The New York Times reports that New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer was heard arranging to meet a prostitute during the course of a federal investigation.

  • Did the Feds have a warrant?

    If not, and they try to prosecute Spitzer, we may finally get adjudication on whether the Feds should be violating the 4th Amendmant on behalf of the Republican political blackmail racket.
