  • @ Dawggone

What the hell are you talking about. I'm asking you why his legislative record should be the litmus test of his desirabiliy as a candidate?

Isn't it valid for people to look at other things and deciding he is the candidate for them? I ask because you said if people did looked as his legislative record and still liked him, they'd be deluding themselves.

  • BTW a shout out to Joan Walsh

Thank you for introducing intelligent debate to this forum. How's that working out for you?

  • Hey Hillary people...

With dawgone on your side who needs a hate group?

You know what though, I think many of HRC's hardcore supporters are just as offensive as Obama's but the thing is though the hate towards HRC from that small core doesn't really have a lot to do with Obama, in my opinion. Fair or not, a lot of people have really strong negative emotions towards HRC, and would probably be fanatical for any dem running against HRC.

Like me, can't stand her, but definitely not an Obama supporter. Never listened to a speech, don't know or care about his record. In the GE I'm for any dem over any repub, but til then, if I can take a swipe (always a legitimate swipe) I'll do it. Am I an asshole? ya probably, but what can I tell ya, I don't like her. And you know what, when the election began, I even forced myself to admit that many of the things I don't like about her are universal to all politicians (how many people are that fair?) but as time has gone on, and the race has been run, I really don't like her again. The point to note though is that I'm not an Obama fantatic. And I bet there are a lot like me. (amongst the small % that follow this stuff and care)

  • Doggone it Dawggone

A list of resolutions and symbolic measures? Hillary is running as the experience candidate not the bills stuck in committee candidate. What bills has she managed to get passed? How many of her bills died because she couldn't even get a co-sponsor?

We cannot afford another eight years like this last one. And we especially cannot afford another smooth talker. Yes HRC is boring with her panels and discussions, but she really means what she is selling and has a great hard on to get real health care. I've been to an Obama rally. This is guy is great on getting him elected and he couldn't give two shits about his so called plan. His plan is "Me president." That is what pisses HRC off. She has a plan and if we really are the people we've been waiting for then maybe we should have that plan and support it.

Of course in less than 12 hours many of you will vote for the next Deval Patrick, a man whose words Obama plagiarized and who can't get his own party to "come together" to base all the state's budget on spending on casinos so the working poor can finance the rest on their own gullibility.

    No more B.S. (Barak Speak).

  • @libertyordeath75

Ignore the troll (he certainly seems to have the same way with words that our favourite anonymous used to have doesn't he?)

Your post was inspiring. I think we should all print it off and keep it handy beside our computer. If only as a reminder to keep things civil and clean.

    Great Work!

What don't you like about Hillary? (and I am asking this is the best way possible)

It is that she is a woman, maybe? Do you dislike her and former president Clinton, or is it only the senator? Is it the tone of her voice? Is it her clothing? Is it Chelsea? What is it?

Is it the S-chip or program? Is it her initiatives in favor of the veterans? Is it the endorsement of the vast majority of democratic generals and other military officers? Is it the pressure the she put on the pentagon to release their withdrawal plans? What is it?

What is it? BTW, you don't have to like her. You only have to vote for her . . . if you like.

  • Yeah Dawgone,

We don't need eight years of the same 'ol, that's why we don't wanna be on Hillary's war wagon bound straight for hell. Hey man, keep hate alive! More power to ya!

  • @Dawggone

Dawggone: "Please list out his legislative record. That or admit you are indeed deluded."

    Well okay, then!

Dawggone: "Losers. No more B.S. As in Barak Speak."

Fer chrissakes, at least learn to spell the guy's name.

  • @kilroy was here

kilroy was here: "Obama if he get's the nomination will not unite the democratic party. One reason is a lot of democrat's like me will leave the party."

Democrats like you? What kind of Democrat is like you?

Kilroy was here: "If you people think a black man is going to unite America you must live on a different planet."

    Ohhhh.... THAT kind of Democrat!

  • Such legislative accomplishments!

S.CON.RES.27 : A concurrent resolution supporting the goals and ideals of "National Purple Heart Recognition Day".

    Dude, I am in awe.

  • @ -- FilthyHarry

Mentioning Obama and Collin Powell in the same sentence doesn't make Dawgone a racist (or an asshole). I am sure I am not the one stretching here.
