Hillary Clinton can still win. There is still a chance that she can come up with enough delegates to win the nomination. That is the ultimate point here.
This memo tries to set up a situation that Clinton can leverage to her advantage. If the story is set up properly, she can turn this to her advantage even if she is still behind on delegates.
Why is this all so hard to understand? It doesn't matter how old you are, politics has been like this all your life.
