In a speech in New York, Hillary Clinton promises to redouble her efforts -- and does.
  • Well, it's not really simple to figure out a record

The senate has a lot of back door work, a lot of committee work and subcommittee. You can sponsor bills, but you can also co-sponsor them. Then you can work on getting support for a bill, etc.

So "legislative accomplishments" isn't the whole story of how effective a senator is. You could really did down deep on something like this.

Hillary's record is also the same but you'd have to compare both together. The issue is, that when someone like Chris Matthews asks someone that question about your candidate's record, you need to support it. Matthews asked a perfectly legit question, however when the guest tried to deflect it to Hillary (which is also fair) the other 2 jumped right back on him though :p

Anyway, there needs to be some damage control done on that.
