Will conservatives vote for John McCain?

Pundits on the right debate whether to vote for the presumptive Republican nominee, and whether his loss would ultimately be better for the party.

Conservatives????

Here is the truth; there are currently residing in Washington DC no conservatives with any political power. The Republican Party charade of calling themselves conservative is about to end. Good riddance!

The Pubs are nothing more than an amalgam of neocons, corporatists, MIC's and big spending statists. Not too different from the Dems really...hence the RepubliCrats: that merry band of pol's who live in their own "Beltway Wonderland" where the lobbyists buy lunch, the money rolls in and the fools in the hinterlands stay mezmerized by the man behind the curtain.

The Dems will take their turn not so much because they deserve it but because the Pubs have nothing to run on except war fever. Unfortunately for them, scaring the soccer Mommies into believing they are about to be nuked in their jammies isn't likely to fly this time. Even with the one person on earth more bloodthirstingly able to fearmonger than George Bush.

Meanwhile, all eyes are on Iran the next target for the masterful neocons who gave us such a lovely little war with Iraq. If it's Hill, expect her to fall in line with the war party very quickly, only Obama offers the faint hope of foreign policy sanity and sadly, although he says the right words, we've been fooled before.
