It's not that I think Clinton isn't intelligent (she is). Clinton does not inspire, she is too centrist, she couldn't see through Bush's manipulation and lies when millions of us did (and I didn't have the benefit of looking at classified material), and she too often appears to be "tough" as though she can be Commander-in-Chief. It's phoney-and all of this will come back to haunt her in the general election. I believe she will win the nomination, but lose against McCain, because she has these vulnerabilities to exploit. I will vote for her (McCain is disgusting, and my nominee dropped out) but I'm resigned to a re-run of 2004.
I do hope I'm wrong (sigh).
