I have an odd question.
Can John McCain really "grow community colleges" in the state of Michigan for the purposes of job retraining as he is promising to do? What does the federal government's executive branch actually have to do with community colleges and their funding? Is he just telling people what they want to hear?
I am just growing more curious about whether or not the candidates can actually do some of the things they are promising people in states where they campaign. I would like to see fewer horse race stories and more about the issues.
