The vice president says his old friends are marching "to the tune of Nancy Pelosi" and "not carrying the big stick."

Dick's Dick

Carrying a big stick? Seriously?? A penis metaphor?!? That's what he considers "very diplomatically phrased" language?!?!

At least we're under 400 days.

Dick jokes and misogyny?

Wow. Even by Cheney standards this is nasty. Especially coming from a guy who'd probably croak if he had an erection. I think I'll get you a subscription to Penthouse dicky boy.

Nature v. Nurture

Perhaps Mary Cheney was born gay, but with a father like that, what girl wouldn't grow up to be a lesbian?

Thursday, December 6, 2007 10:19 AM

I, too, wish they weren't following Nancy

If they weren't following Nancy Pelosi, maybe Cheney really would be "held accountable" for his crimes, and impeachment could be going forward. I don't know that it takes a "man" for that task, but that woman sure isn't helping the cause.

Cheney's Right..!

The Democrats are acting like a bunch of castrated eunuchs who's tongues have been cut out, they are even voting to take away even more of Our Civil Rights with the dangerous suspect Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Bill, which is so open to abuse, oppression and tyranny it is maybe the end for all practical purposes of Free Speech without fear or reprisal in America..!

Where is their outrage why are they screaming openly about $4 billion missing and squandered by Homeland Security..while our borders are open and ports and cargo unchecked and cargo on air planes still not checked prior to loading on board under your seat..!

I may not like Cheney but we should use this quote and shove it in the faces of our weak gutless compromised sold out Democratic elected Representatives..

They are our Representatives the Legislature is the branch of the People and the majority of American hates this administration and all it is doing in every arena but these Democrats are not out in the streets rallying Americans and giving them hope or screaming on the floor of the Senate or Congress..

Never have the American People the Tax payers had less voice in their government or governance of themselves..

When Nancy Pelosi said "Impeachment is off the table" they the men at least if there are any besides Dennis Kucinich and my Congressman Maurice Hinchey and a very few others Gerry Nadler among the very few should have risen up and declared that Impeachment is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution and some pop up Bimbo like Nancy Pelosi cannot eviscerate and castrate the U.S. Constitution as she might do to her poor husband..

Cheney's right that's why he has no respect for them as men and neither should we any longer..!

Simple as that..!

Listening to war criminals

410 days, 10 days, 32 minutes and 10 seconds. That's how long we have to wait before the very worst criminal syndicate in the history of the United States is scheduled to leave. It could be sooner if only, if only, Ms. Pelosi and company would realize that 410 days is far, far too long to leave these people in place to continue to harm America.

If Mr. Cheney is claiming that congress has no balls, in respect to their lack of all out action to end the criminality of the Bush administration, I would have to agree with him.

Constitutional Officer

Since Dick doesn't think anything in the constitution needs to be followed, why would he think that members of Congress should follow the leadership of the Speaker of the House. The more I read of his ravings the more I believe that he is severely brain damaged. Every citizen should be embarrassed by such a pathetic, insecure, cowardly, ignorant, wasted shell of an old man. He needs round the clock care for dementia.

Cheney is a uniter

After all, he has managed to unite himself with you, Tim, in his illogical dislike of Hillary.

He Should Be Grateful

because the bitch hasn't let her 'men' impeach him. He'll live a comfy life on Halliburton checks and speaking fees once he's out of office.

In my best Cheney voice . . .

If only the Democrats had the ferocity to shoot caged birds, like me.

If only the Democrats had the pain-threshold to get their fat-laden hearts defribulated 5 times a day, like me.

If only the Democrats had the balls to climb on top of a loud-mouthed, androgynous old broad, like I do. Like H.W. does. It keeps us hungry. It keeps us angry.

Thursday, December 6, 2007 10:49 AM

Well naturally

As a republican it's no surprise he's looking for men.

Secondly, aren't republicans famous for their party discipline? Oh I see, Its like that male/female executive double standard. A male executive is 'tough' a female executive is a 'bitch'. So the republican congress was 'disciplined', the democratic congress is 'spineless' ok I get it. And Cheney an old white republican against equal rights for all is 'gay'.

The only politician worse than Cheney

Would be Pelosi for not impeaching that f*cker.

Big Talk from a Draft Dodger

and a gutless chickenhawk.

Thursday, December 6, 2007 11:33 AM

Public Service?

When exactly did Dick Cheney enter "public service"? As far as I can tell, he still works for Hallibuton. Much like our unelected resident of the White House, the man has never done anything in the public interest in his entire life... at least not on purpose.

Thursday, December 6, 2007 11:56 AM

Cheney is hilarious

"I expect so," Cheney said. But then he added that he hadn't planned to be vice president, either, "so I thought I was through when I left Congress."

Well sure, but how could he have known that the guy Bush appointed to select a running mate would choose him? What was that guy's name again?

Thursday, December 6, 2007 11:58 AM

"...but the Congress I served in, that wouldn't have happened."

True. And in the Congress you served in, Dick, your ass would have been impeached six ways from Sunday...so which would you prefer, you big stick carrying man that you are? Having a {gasp} woman keep you in line, or having your ass impeached six ways from Sunday?

Flaming baton boy questions somebody else's masculinity???

So, let me get this straight --- a draft-dodging coward who relied upon five separate deferments to avoid putting his fat ass in harm's way during Vietnam; a drunk-driving college flunk-out with seriously impaired hairline; a fat old man with a bum ticker who used to stand on stage while his skank wife twirled flaming batons and then douse them in a coffee can full of water wants to question OTHER PEOPLE'S MASCULINITY.

What a flaming asshole.

Where are the men?

'I'm trying to think how to say this in a gentlemanly fashion'? Okay DICK, you just implied that Congress are 'girly-men' who dance to Speaker Pelosi's tune, who, you said 'Drives that train.' Yeah,we know what THAT means. Very gentlemanly of you, nudge-nudge, wink-wink. So, if you can't engage in intelligent debate, attack the sexuality of your opponent, suggest that the United States Speaker of the House of Representatives, a DEMOCRATICALLY elected Congressperson, is a gangbanging slut, yes, how gentlemanly of you. How sad for the rest of us. The rest of us, you know, the citizens of the USA who have people like you, degenerate, mandacious, truly evil beings holding us hostage to the the scorn and ridicule of the rest of the world. Drive that train, Mr. Vice President? Drive that train? I can suggest where your place on that train should be. And you don't even deserve a napkin.
