What didn't the president know (and when didn't he know it)?
Molly Ivins and others tried unsuccessfully to warn America that Bush was fundamentally dishonest, lacking in character and intellectually challenged. I'm not sure whether I'm more disappointed in the lying scumbag himself or the Americans who elected him to the highest office in the land, not once, but twice.
