This is the Genius of Rove...
This is how he got his reputation as the Dark Lord of Lies and Manipulation. The man is Good at what he does. Here is a piece that manages to demonize the Democratic party in the eyes of pretty much everyone aside from a weird rare breed of Ultra-Centrists Yellow Dog Dems.
He drones the same talking points he's been banging on for years about being beholden to the ultra-left wing, the MoveOn.org folks and those creepy pinko swine of the blogosphere, thus confirming all the fears of those 700 club watching, Hannity loving, Dittoheads.
In the same piece he swoops around to the ultra-left wing, the MoveOn.org folks and those creepy pinko swine of the blogosphere and reminds them of the Dem's complete inability to follow through on any of the issues which put them in power; thus making the Dems out to be no better than those 700 club watching, Hannity loving, Dittoheads.
Meanwhile, his overall tone and presentation remind those who are not severe political junkies of just how ugly and futile the entire political process has become, shoving them further away from the entire filthy debacle and leaving the work of electing our future leaders to a pack of rabid degenerates with all the rational capacity of a meth-addicted badger.
