Who cares
what Tny Baloney Snow says anymore. He's is/was/will be a political hack for the neocons now paying his salary. Good riddence to him and them...
-
Tony, Karma's a be-otch
It will rot you from the inside out.
-
Conservatives ARE knuckle dragging morons
The Republican Party is a racist, homophobic, lawless torture supporting anti-Constitution anti-democracy organization. "Bias" would be mindlessly promoting the Republicans who practice these things and mindlessly attacking those who disagree.
Y'know, kind of like what Fox News does.
-
Was Tony misquoted on this one at the Mag Confab?
On the Bush Administration's decision-making process: "You don't see it but there's a process where everything gets discussed, and there are some raging arguments.... It's not the case that something is always handed in a neat little bundle to the leader of the free world. He's gotta make some choices...When people look back at this White House, they're gonna find its one that had a lot of intellectual vigor."
I do believe that this was a misquote -- I think he said, "intellectual rigor."
-
Yeah, Waaaaay too easy...
...to quote the bardess, "But y'are, Blanche."
-
Fox makes conservatives look worse, not better.
So is he saying that George Will (NBC), David Brooks (PBS), possibly Tucker Carlson (MSNBC/PBS/CNN), or the host of other obviously intelligent conservatives on networks other than Fox knucle-dragging morons? I'm about as liberal as you can get, but there is no way that Fox makes conservatives look like anything except a bunch of blowhards who obsess about homosexuals and Hillary Clinton.
-
It really is kind of sad.
Does anyone besides the KoolAid drinkers take Fox News seriously anymore? The sad part is this constant self-justification they contort themselves into.
To Fox News: You're conservative hacks. You're shills for the Republican party. You're playing to a mean-spirited, bitter core audience with little regard for facts. Admit it and go about your business. You won't lose any advertising dollars.
-
Pathetic
I say this with no joy, but I am reminded of some sad similarities between Tony Baloney and one Julius Streicher, Editor of "Der Stürmer," and the very last public relations hack of the Third Reich who kept fooling himself (and no one else) right on up the 13 steps to eternity.
That vicious anti-Semitic bastard mocked and showed contempt for the truth right up to his last breath. Instead of taking the one last opportunity to let his final words be a hope for peace, to ask God's forgiveness as others did, this pathetic, deluded fool cried out, "Heil Hitler!"
The assembled witnesses were shocked that this moronic true believer kept up his useless pretense right up to the bitter end.
Hell, even Lee Atwater said he was sorry for all the people he hurt and all the lives he tried to ruin for the sake of his party.
I guess when you look into the sunken eyes of Tony Snow, you're looking directly into the soul of a self-deluded fool.
-
Is Slanty-head unbiased as well?
Snow used to sub as a host for slanty-head Sean Hannitys radio show. Probably will go back to that if it pays enough.
Enuff said.
-
knuckle-dragging morons
"it doesn't treat conservatives like knuckle-dragging morons."
no, it treats them like rocket scientists who believe saddam was behind 9/11, bush is a self-made man who fullfilled his duty in TANG, global warming is a liberal myth, etc.
-
Most reliable because they're the most exposed?
"The Washington press corps is the most reliable Democratic voting bloc."
Well, the Washington press corps is most likely to have meet the politicians face-to-face multiple times, and less likely to have to rely only on the politician's image, as filtered by media outlets.
Maybe that's a reason they've found Democratic politicians worthy of their votes.
-
What else is Snow going to say?
He continues in the vein he has long been mining. This is news?
Will the next reports be Rocks are Hard and Water is Wet?
-
@ MICKI
I believe he actually meant "intellectual rigor mortis."
-
knuckle-dragging morons?
You don't have to drag your knuckles to be a moron. The non-Fox news has accurately portrayed most conservative morons as upright individuals.
-
Crap
Is that pric still alive?
footsore

Fox News
I think all the news channels are shilling for the republicans, but the others at least have a pretense of objectivity, Fox News is like somekind of parody of a news network. Pre 9/11, I actually liked Fox News, it was trashy fun, it was like Hard Copy got its own 24 hour network, but after 9/11, they actually started to believe their own press, like they actually were a real news network, it just wasn't funny anymore.
I don't watch any of them now, unless a big story breaks and I want to catch up with it, but then only for a few minutes, and never Fox, I've actually deleted it from my programming.
Fox doesn't treat republicans like they're knuckle dragging morons, they actually prove that republicans are knuckle dragging morons. Being told what you want to hear for hours on end isn't journalism.
-
Fox News doesn't treat ALL conservatives like knuckle-dragging morons...
...only the ones who watch the channel.
-
Mr. Snow is correct:
"There is a perceived bias on the part of Fox because it doesn't treat conservatives like knuckle-dragging morons."
Quite right. FOX is a very well organized propaganda machine that shills for the neo-conservative movement. Their methods and orchestration of their message is extremely well thought out and very effective. Their efforts have brought us to the brink of totalitarian control by one party....
To discount them is as dangerous as discounting our own president as a....well... a knuckle dragging moron.
-
Tony . . . I hate to admit it . . .
but you've got me rooting for the cancer.
