Clarification from NPR
NPR Day to Day interviewed one of the GQ editors. They skipped Bush and Cheney as being too obvious. While Hillary and Barak are on the list, none of the Republican presidential front runners (Guliani, Thompson, Romney) are on the list because their campaigns are not based out of Washington DC.
That a hair stylist is 40-something means take list with large grain of salt. :-)
