Naw...

Libby is a scoundrel and always will be. It's in his blood. If he weren't working for Cheney he would have been working for some "Cheney lite" doctoring stuff for KBR or some other "we don't need no stinkin' bid" non bid company. He is a product of his own corrupt ethical and moral fabric. That ethically challenged Wolfowitz-types are asking for clemency for him should be very telling to that judge...

Mr. Wolfowitz

It is painful for me to reflect on the fact that America would have been a better place if you had never been born.

They cherish our freedoms and our way of life

But they think they're above our laws.

Too bad, because our "way of life" here in America happens to be RULE OF LAW.

Libby served someone, just not the American people

Libby didn't serve the American people or even the US Government during his "years of service". He served men in the Government, men who committed crimes and who Libby was convicted of successfully covering up for.

Yes, we know that George W. Bush, who simply has no shame, will pardon Libby. If Libby gets jail time now Bush might not even wait until the end of his term.

Anyone who says that Libby will have a hard time making a living after his sentencing and inevitable pardon hasn't been paying attention. Didn't I see Paula Jones driving a Mercedes? The GOP gravy train will take care of its own.

In 20 years Libby might even get a government job the next after the public forgets all about the corruption of the GW Bush years. Hey, it worked for all of those Iran Contra fellows working in the current administration, didn't it?

Carville

I liked him once. But now it's time for James Carville to go away.

Libbys friends

Should probably, no, make that certainly join him in jail, not only Wolfowitz and Dumsfeld, but Cheney and Bush as well.

Let God's Child Go

Just like everyone else in this Administration, he is a good God fearing, lying, cheating, stealing bastard. He should be free to do more of his master's bidding so they may reap more profits from their war and crush their enemies, the American People.
