Double Bizzaro...
This Bush guy, who can't stop reminding us he's "commander in chief" is seriously delusional. He fires them when they disagree, then affords them absolute wisdom when that's works for his political/rhetorical expedience.
Does he not understand why we have a civilian in the role of Commander in Chief?
or maybe Bush is right...now...after all, we have a corroborating quote from General George Ripper from "Dr. Strangelove": "...He [Clemenceau] said war was too important to be left to the generals. When he said that, 50 years ago, he might have been right. But today, war is too important to be left to politicians. They have neither the time, the training, nor the inclination for strategic thought."
Crazy world...yup, I'd buy a ticket.
