    Editorial in NY Times

There is a relevant editorial about another instance in the US Attorneys scandal in today's NY Times.

Even though Gonzales might not have a very good memory the participants in these actions certainly do-and they keep winding up in the paper.

Gonzales better have a really good excuse why he can't remember anything about this entire affair when it appears that everyone else involved does.

But to cheer one up, it does note that there have been subpoenas issued for some very senior WH aides, and that is pretty omninous.

Ol' Alberto better have his resume ready, because he's gonna need it, once Monica Goodling gets immunity and starts talking...because the committee did issue a form of immunity to compel her testimony.

I bet her memory is going to be an vast improvement over Gonzales', with the threat of jail very implicit if she does not tell the truth.

I have a feeling this is going to get real nasty very quickly.
