Giuliani
is Cheney. He ran NYC the same way Cheney has run this country with fear and intimidation, and in Giuliani's case, occasionally wearing an dress. A city where under his leadership crime was down and you could be shot by police 41 times for "pulling" a comb. America got what it deserved by electing and re-electing George Bush. If they want more of the same, Giuliani is their man.
