    If Giuliani is elected as President . . .

    If Giuliani is elected as President then how soon will toilet plungers be made part of our Department of Homeland Security's arsenal to defend Americans from the terrorists and liberals?

    Now would be a good time to buy stock in companies that make toilet plungers.
